Constanza & Company is a woman-owned general contractor building homes on the Connecticut shoreline for over a decade. As a husband and wife team, Aschly and Daniel both grew up with parents in the industry and have been immersed in the trades all their lives. Aschly excels at design, organization, systems workflows, as well as working directly with homeowners. Daniel has worked his way through the trades, and runs crews and on-site production.

Together with their combined experience of over 30 years, their reputation for skill and service continues to every home they build.

He has done both large and small jobs at our house and all have been done with great skill and professionalism. He stands by his work 100%. He is honest and fair regarding how much things will cost and willing to work with us to help decrease costs when able…His work is impeccable. The addition he put on is a lovely handicap-accessible master bedroom and bathroom and a beautiful library with built-in bookshelves floor to ceiling with a rolling latter. It is truly beautiful.

I first hired Dan and Aschly to perform a complex addition at our office building. Their work was far superior to the original builder. Great crew, great attention to details and timely. About a year later, I had them add a conference room and foyer to the same building. Another excellent job and the place looked fantastic. All our customers were impressed.
